- How to return or replace my products?
In 30 days after the delivery, you could always claim a return or replacement if the products are flawed or you are not satisfied. Please notice customers need to cover shipping fee.
- What if I need some parts of an implant system Denracle does not provide?
Denracle also provide customized products. If you are in need of implant parts of a particular brand or if you have your own special design, you could ask for OEM/ODM service. Please see our OEM area.
