    When receiving a flawed product, please take a picture and contact your sales rep. to arrange return or replacement.

    When receiving products you do not need, please contact your sales rep. to return or replace. You need to cover the shipping fee.
  3. How to return or replace my products?
    In 30 days after the delivery, you could always claim a return or replacement if the products are flawed or you are not satisfied. Please notice customers need to cover shipping fee.
  4. What if I need some parts of an implant system Denracle does not provide?
    Denracle also provide customized products. If you are in need of implant parts of a particular brand or if you have your own special design, you could ask for OEM/ODM service. Please see our OEM area.
