When receiving a flawed product, please take a picture and contact your sales rep. to arrange return or replacement.
If the product flaw results from the material or machining flaws or it is obviously different from the agreed design, you can claim your payment back or ask for a replacement. For more details and a better discussion, please contact your sales.
