100% Post-production check

Apart from undergoing the quality system required by ISO and GMP standard during manufacturing process and management, Denracle products are 100% undergoing a full spec post-production check-up conducted by a trained QC team to ensure all the goods are of satisfactory quality before being delivered to customers.

Pre and In-production check

An important and essential principle of quality management is to eliminate errors the sooner the better. So, in addition to the Pre-production inspection on raw materials (input) and the machines, we also examine the making of a prototype in each batch. Every 10% of the production will also be checked by experienced technicians and engineers to avoid errors.

Advanced QC equipment and tools

2.5D vision measuring machine, Vernier caliper, Cent gauge caliper and other tools are used for the final inspection. QC staff are all well-trained with professional expertise in products and inspection process.
